Goblet glass

Garnish:

Lemon peel in the shape of a "P"

How to make:

Add:
Pallini
Calvados
Fino Sherry
Absinthe
Into Goblet glass over crushed ice.
Gentle stir.
Top with dry prosecco.
Light quick lift with spoon.
Add "P" shaped lemon peel garnish

1 1/2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 1/4 fl oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
3/4 fl oz Fino sherry
1/12 fl oz Absinthe verte
2 fl oz Prosecco sparkling wine
