How to make:
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a frozen Nick & Nora. Garnish with the lemon twist expressing the oils over the drink.
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry |
| 1/2 fl oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water) |
| 2 dash | Orange bitters |
