I have already made all 15 cocktails above, as well as many of the other recipes selected for the Top 50 cocktails. I will be remaking these Final 15 to assess with Lustau's ambassadors who comprise the judging panel.

We have asked each of the 15 finalists to produce a short film of their cocktail, and this video, along with the submitted photograph, will account for 10% of the available points.
