Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
15 ml Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
7.5 ml Nonino Il Moscato Grappa Monovitigno
4 dash Fee Brothers Rhubarb bitters
15 ml Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
3 drop Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water)
