Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
37.5 ml Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
22.5 ml Pineapple juice
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Jamaican-style aged blended rum with funk
7.5 ml Rhum J.M. Blanc 50%
15 ml Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
Float Angostura Aromatic Bitters
