Nick & Nora glassGarnish:
Grate some lime zest over one half of the cocktail.
How to make:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin.
Wet and dry shake.
Fine strain into a nick and Nora glass.
Zest lime over one half of the cocktail.
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry |
| 1/3 fl oz | Licor 43 (or other spiced vanilla liqueur) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Pisco |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | 2:1 Demerara Syrup |
| 1 dash | Tonka Bean Tincture |
| 1 fl oz | Egg white |
| grated zest of | Lime zest (peel) |
