How to make:
Muddle blackberries in a tin. Add all other ingredients. Dry shake. Add ice and shake. Double strain into coupe glass.

| 3/4 fl oz | Grafschafter Goldsaft Sugar Beet Syrup |
| 2 whole | Blackberries |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Egg white |
