Cloud island

Garnish:

Dry shake, Shake, double strain

How to make:

Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake to incorporate air and activate vegan foamer; shake with ice for temperature, then double strain. Top with fig leaf soda. Serve in a highball glass. No garnish, or optionally, a dried rosebud.

1 fl oz Adriatico Bianco Amaretto Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Sugar syrup 2:1
5/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Monin Rose sugar syrup
1/3 fl oz Silent Pool Gin
2/3 fl oz Whipping cream
1/2 fl oz Egg white replacement (vegan)
2 fl oz Three Cents Fig Leaf Soda
