Dry shake, Shake, double strain
Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake to incorporate air and activate vegan foamer; shake with ice for temperature, then double strain. Top with fig leaf soda. Serve in a highball glass. No garnish, or optionally, a dried rosebud.
