Garnish:

Caramalised Rosemary Spring/ fresh Blackberries

How to make:

Lightly coat a fresh rosemary sprig with powdered sugar.
Using a torch, caramelize the sugared rosemary until lightly golden and aromatic. Allow it to cool briefly.
In a shaker, gently muddle the blackberries to release their juice and color.
Add:
Adriatico Amaretto
Rye Whiskey
fresh lemon juice
powdered sugar
Balsamico
the caramelized rosemary sprig
Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.
Fine strain into a julep cup filled with crushed ice.

1 1/3 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
2 sprig Rosemary sprig
3 scoop Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle)
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 unit Fresh Blackberrys
2/3 fl oz Wild Turkey 101 Rye Whiskey
5 dash Balsamic vinegar of Modena
