Caramalised Rosemary Spring/ fresh Blackberries
Lightly coat a fresh rosemary sprig with powdered sugar.
Using a torch, caramelize the sugared rosemary until lightly golden and aromatic. Allow it to cool briefly.
In a shaker, gently muddle the blackberries to release their juice and color.
Add:
Adriatico Amaretto
Rye Whiskey
fresh lemon juice
powdered sugar
Balsamico
the caramelized rosemary sprig
Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.
Fine strain into a julep cup filled with crushed ice.
