Half moon dehydrated pink grapefruit.
1. Fill a large wine glass with ice to chill it while making the drink.
2. In a shaker add the Adriatico Roasted Almonds, St. Germain, fresh lemon juice, pink grapefruit syrup and saline solution.
3. Shake with full ice 5-8 second until chilled and mixed well but before the deink is over diluted.
4. Strain and fine strain over fresh ice in the wine glass.
5. Pour the prosecco and the soda water and give a gentle stir. Take care of bubbles.
6. Garnish the drink with the dehidrated pink grapefruit.
7. Enjoy!
