1⁄3 fl oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1⁄6 fl oz Monin Pink Grapefruit Syrup
1⁄3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or pinch of salt
2 1⁄2 fl oz Martini Prosecco D.O.C.
1 fl oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
