Nick & Nora glass

Garnish:

Grate fresh nutmeg over the top using a microplane

How to make:

Add each ingredient to a shaker, shake well and double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.

1 1/3 fl oz Adriatico Bianco Amaretto Liqueur
1 1/3 fl oz Oat milk / oatmeal water
1/2 fl oz Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum
1/4 fl oz Monin Coconut Syrup
4 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
1 grind Freshly grated nutmeg
