Almond & Sea

Almond & Sea by SHERINRAJ  SAHAYARAJ

Garnish:

Two toasted almonds.

How to make:

Shake all ingredients except soda with ice. Double strain into a chilled highball glass over a clear Collins spear ice. Top with soda water and gently lift to combine.

5/6 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
2/3 fl oz Noilly Prat Original Dry vermouth
1/6 fl oz Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
1/6 fl oz Michter's US★1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon
5/12 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
Top up with Soda (club soda) water
