A blend of pot distilled (heavy) and column distilled (light) rums made from fermented Venezuelan molasses produced using sugar cane harvested on the distillery's own estate. The rums in the blend are aged between three and ten years in oak casks, mainly ex-bourbon barrels.

Sadly now packaged in a conformist tall-round bottle instead of the original pineapple/hand grenade textured and shaped bottle.

Όψη:

Clear, deep amber with golden highlights.

Μύτη:

Vanilla, buttery oak and muscovado sugar with new leather.

Στόμα:

Dry, full bodied and generous with bitter cacao, burnt sugar, dry spicy oak and vanilla.

Επίγευση:

Slightly bitter tannins, shammy leather, dark chocolate and dry spicy oak.
