Named after Don Quijote, the protagonist in Miguel Cervantes' classic Spanish novel, Don Q is the best-selling rum in Puerto Rico. Don Q is distilled from fermented molasses using continuous distillation and is aged for at least one year in ex-bourbon casks before being charcoal filtered.

Crystal clear.

Μύτη:

Clean, subdued, slightly floral (rose petal) nose with faint cinnamon, cracked black pepper and old leather.

Στόμα:

Clean, light bodied, 'hot' cracked black pepper spiced palate with faint notes of burnt sugar/molasses, faint toffee, cinnamon, mace and balsawood.

Επίγευση:

Long, dry, cracked black pepper spiced finish.
