Ingredients
Sugar, water, acid: citric acid, concentrated lemon juice (sulphites), natural flavouring, natural citrus flavouring, emulsifiers: acacia gum, E445, colour: E161b, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, lemon juice: 10%.

Appearance:

Cloudy, pale yellow.

Aroma:

Fresh, zesty lemon.

Taste:

Syrupy mouthfeel with an asertive sweet 'n' sour zesty lemon flavour.

Aftertaste:

Long. Zesty sour lemon.

Overall:

This may be a sugar syrup, but it is as sour as sweet. Good zesty lemon flavour.
