Flavoured with Timur berries hand-picked from thorny bushes at 2,000m altitude in Nepal's Mahabharat range, this is one of three single botanical cordials released under Paragon's "Pepper Collection" in October 2019 by Monin in partnership with internationally renowned bartender Alex Kratena.

Clear, very pale straw gold.
Zesty pink grapefruit, soapy sawn softwood and faint passion fruit.
Pink grapefruit, passion fruit and mango with tart acidity.
Acidic and citrusy finish with more passion fruit and mango.
Citrusy and fruity with flavours of pink grapefruit, passion fruit and mango. Intended as a cocktail ingredient and sampled diluted with water. Beware of the very high (pH 1.7) level of acidity in this cordial.
