Appearance:

Clear, pale golden with very faint rose pink tints.

Aroma:

Subtly meaty and earthy with peach fruit and peach blossom.

Taste:

Delicate sweetness beautifully balanced by light acidity. Faintly meaty with strawberry and rose petal.

Aftertaste:

Subtle rose notes continue in the long, lightly acidic wine-like finish.

Overall:

Beautifully balanced and complex with delightful strawberry fruit and delicate rose petal over underlying earthy meatiness.
