Josue David Villacis was born in Quito, Ecuador in May 22 of 1990, his parents moved to the United States in 1991 so he was raised in the beautiful City of Miami.
Josue graduated School in 2008 and decided to join the criminal justice system by getting his Bachelor of Science in University of Miami few years in and then he noticed that industry wasn't for him so he took a part time job in a industry that will change his life forever.
He started in the hospitality industry as a busser in Nobu Miami few months after his interest for the bar grew so he was promoted as a barback and eventually as a bartender. At Nobu he learned everything he knows, five years after he reached the position of Director of Beverage for Vista Restaurant, enjoying every step of the way!

My drink is called Paraiso and it was inspired by the beautiful ambiance that we have here at Vista Restaurant and Bar I wanted to be tropical in order to represent our city, I then decided to combine bergamot, açai, local honey and local ginger and then Paraiso was born!
