How to make:

Prepare the acidity adjusted orange juice an then shake the ingredients with ice cube and strain in Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with pineapple frond. If no acid is available, use regular orange juice and a dash of lime juice.

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Hampden Estate 8 Year Old Rum
3/4 fl oz Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino
1 fl oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
