Maraschino cherry and candied ginger cube on skewer

How to make:

Add -

30ml laphroig 10 year
30ml cherry heering
30ml lemon juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
10ml tawny port
1 slice of ginger (grated)
2 dash foamer

Into shaker
Dry shake

Add ice
Wet shake

Double strain into chilled Nick n Nora glass

Flame over top to kill bubbles and settle foam

Garnish with maraschino cherry and candied ginger cube on skewer

1 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5/12 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1 slice Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
1/3 fl oz Taylor's 10 Year Old Tawny Port
2 drop Egg white replacement (vegan)
1 fl oz Laphroaig 10 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
