Maraschino cherry and candied ginger cube on skewer
Add -
30ml laphroig 10 year
30ml cherry heering
30ml lemon juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
10ml tawny port
1 slice of ginger (grated)
2 dash foamer
Into shaker
Dry shake
Add ice
Wet shake
Double strain into chilled Nick n Nora glass
Flame over top to kill bubbles and settle foam
Garnish with maraschino cherry and candied ginger cube on skewer

| 1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 5/12 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 1 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Taylor's 10 Year Old Tawny Port |
| 2 drop | Egg white replacement (vegan) |
| 1 fl oz | Laphroaig 10 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky |
