Garnish:

A twist of orange peel with a black maraschino cherry skewered at one end and draped over the rim of the glass.

How to make:

Stir the first three ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass. Squeeze a few drops of fresh orange juice into the glass. Add one large ice cube. Float a teaspoon of Ferrand cognac on the surface.
