A slice of orange and a maraschino cherry
1. In a shaker, add 2 bar spoons of pomegranate seeds and cinnamon syrup, and muddle.
2. Add all the other ingredients except for the freshly squeezed orange juice and shake well.
3. In a separate shaker, add freshly squeezed orange juice and dry shake. (Step 2 and 3 at the same time)
4. Strain the cocktail into the chilled collins glass, add ice.
5. Carefully top it off with the "fluffy" orange juice.
6. Garnish with a slice of orange and maraschino cherry.
| 3/4 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac |
| 1/2 fl oz | Italian red bitter liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 barspoon | Pomegranate seeds |
| 1/4 fl oz | Monin Cinnamon Syrup |
