Peppermint salt Crush peppermint canes to very small pieces. Almost like a dust. Add a few pinches of fine sea salt.
Start by chilling the Nick & Nora glass. Once it is chilled, grab a lime or lemon and wet the rim to get the Peppermint salt to stick. Grab a boston shaker and jigger. Pour all ingredients into the small shaker tin. Fill small tin with ice. Put the large shaker tin and cover the small. Shake ingredients and ice for 10-15 seconds. Pop small shaker tin off and strain cocktail into Nick & Nora glass.
| 3/4 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Frangelico hazelnut liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Giffard Sirop de Orgeat (Almond) Syrup |
| 1/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Watson's Demerara Rum |
