Candied ginger and cocktail cherries on a cocktail pick
Add all ingredients, except the ginger beer, to the glass, and stir to combine. Add the ginger beer and stir again gently. Slowly lower a large (2 inch) ice cube into the glass. Garnish.
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Laird's Bottled-in-Bond applejack |
| 1/4 fl oz | St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 3 fl oz | Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer |
