Garnish with a slice of orange and a toasted cinnamon stick.
Hold one end of a cinnamon stick over a flame for a few seconds until you see it start to turn black and emit smoke. Place the cinnamon stick on a dish then quickly place the old-fashioned glass upside down on top of it to trap the smoke. Add all ingredients in a stirring glass full of ice and stir for 20-30 seconds and then strain the contents in the smoke filled glass adding ice accordingly.

| 2/3 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
| 1 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2/3 fl oz | Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth |
