Cut orange slice in half and put one end of the half slice through a cocktail stick, one maraschino through the stick again and the other end of the half slice through the stick. A small rosemary sprig behind the cherry
Syrup recipe;
19 grams of fresh rosemary
5 grams of green cardamom pods
200 grams of sugar
200 grams of water
1)Crush cardamom pods with a knife to open and throw the pods with the seeds into a sauce pan with your rosemary, water and sugar.
2) On medium-high heat stir constantly until sugar has dissolved in the water and it has come to a low simmer
3) Once it's in a low simmer, take off heat and cover the pot. Let the ingredients steep for an hour.
4) Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh strainer and discard them.

The Rosemary Before Christmas recipe
40ml - Cognac
20ml - Cherry Heering
12.5ml - Rosemary and Cardamom syrup
2 dashes - Orange bitters
Orange Peel
1) Grab a mixing glass and add your ingredients inside it
2) Fill the glass up with ice and stir until mixing glass is cold to the touch.
3) Single strain into Nick & Nora glass
4) Grab an orange peel and spritz the oils over the top of the cocktail.
5) Garnish on top
| 2/3 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 5/12 fl oz | Rosemary and cardamom syrup |
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
| 2 drop | Orange bitters |
| 1 swath | Orange peel |
