Half raspberry-powder rim and half icing-sugar "snow rim," plus a house-made brandied cherry.
Chill a Nick & Nora or coupe glass.
Lightly moisten the rim and create a half-and-half split rim:
One half dipped in raspberry powder ansd One half dusted lightly with icing sugar
Rinse the inside of the glass with absinthe and discard the excess.
Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard.
Fine strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a brandied cherry placed on the stem or served on the side.
| 1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 2/3 fl oz | Rutte Old Simon Genever |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lillet Blanc |
| 1/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/6 fl oz | Elderflower liqueur |
| 1 Splash | St. George Absinthe Verte |
