Coupe glass

Garnish:

Two cherries A glass coated with ice sugar.

How to make:

Chill the glass in the freezer and before serving sprinkle icing sugar on it.
Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of the shaker, then add all the ingredient and shake with ice, strain and then dry shake.
Fine strain in the chill glass

1 1/3 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
2/3 fl oz Amaretto liqueur
1 1/3 fl oz Gin
1 barspoon Cherry syrup
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 Splash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
5 fresh Raspberries
