
Grated Nutmeg
Put a Nick and Nora glass in the freezer. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with one small piece of ice, to seal the shaker.
Shake until the ice completely melts, to emulsify the egg white - about 15 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds, or until the shaker is ice cold.
Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Use a micro plane to grate nutmeg on top of the chilled cocktail glass.
1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Ancho Reyes chili liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Grenadine/pomegranate syrup |
1 fl oz | Angostura 7 Year Old Trinidadian Rum |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
