Serve in

Flute glass

Garnish:

A maraschino cherry at the botton of the flute glass.

How to make:

In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour the first 5 ingredients, namely the Heering Cherry Liqueur, the Premium Mozart Chocolate Vodka (if hard to find, please use any other chocolate flavoured vodka brand available), the cranberry juice, the fresh squeezed lemon juice and the two dashes of Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters. Shake briefly (about 10 seconds) and right then, in a champagne flute previously refrigerated, and in which a maraschino cherry has been poured, serve the mixture with a double strain. Finished with a top of Moët & Chandon Champagne (approximately 9cl), perfume with a lemon peel (optional) and serve.

1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Mozart Chocolate Vodka
1/2 fl oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
1/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Fee Brothers Cherry bitters
3 fl oz Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial
