Expressed Orange Peel

How to make:

Put a Rocks glass in the freezer. Add all ingredients to a frozen stirring glass. Fill the stirring glass half full of ice. Stir for 10-15 seconds for dilution with a bar spoon. Use a julep strainer to pour over a large rock of ice. Express the orange peel and drop it in the glass.
