
Dried cherries.
Stir the Grappa, Cherry Heering, Chinotto and Chinato with ice. Add the juice of half a blood orange and quickly stir again. Pour carefully into a large wine glass then slowly float the Barolo on top by pouring over a spoon held on the surface of the cocktail.

1 fl oz | Marolo Grappa di Barolo 12 Years Old |
1/3 fl oz | Chinotto liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Cocchi Barolo Chinato |
2/3 fl oz | Blood orange juice |
1/2 fl oz | Barolo wine |
