Dried cherries.

How to make:

Stir the Grappa, Cherry Heering, Chinotto and Chinato with ice. Add the juice of half a blood orange and quickly stir again. Pour carefully into a large wine glass then slowly float the Barolo on top by pouring over a spoon held on the surface of the cocktail.

2/3 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Marolo Grappa di Barolo 12 Years Old
1/3 fl oz Chinotto liqueur
1/2 fl oz Cocchi Barolo Chinato
2/3 fl oz Blood orange juice
1/2 fl oz Barolo wine
