
Chocolate bitters.
Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker, dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into ice filled glass. Drizzle mulled red wine (winter spice syrup mixed with claret wine optional if mulled wine unavailable) over the surface of the drink and and 3-4 drops of chocolate bitters to the foamy head.

1 2/3 fl oz | Irish whiskey |
5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
1/2 fl oz | Claret wine (Bordeaux red) |
1/4 fl oz | Monin Winter Spice Syrup |
1 dash (4 drops) | Chocolate bitters |
