
Lemon zest twist & basil leaves.
MUDDLE basil in base of shaker. ADD other 5 ingredients.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into glass. If you do not wish to use egg white then substitute with Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers cocktail foamer.
2/3 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1 1/2 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
5/12 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
10 leaf | Basil leaves |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
