Lemon wheel and a ginger slice on a absinthe spoon.

How to make:

Use a tradionnal absinthe dispenser if you can or just stir without ice in a absinthe glass.
Pour 40 ML of pallini Limoncello into you absinthe glass, the add 20 ML of la Grande absente 69°.
Set a absinthe spoon with a lemon wheel and a ginger slice in top of the glass.
Charge the absinthe dispenser with cold water.
Open the tap and pour 60ML of water over the lemon and ginger spoon.
Drop the spoon into the glass, give it a little stir.
Your " Grande Limone" is ready to drink.
