
Express lemon oil, flamed if you want, over the top, and garnish with a lemon coin.
Add the cream, limoncello and amaretto to a shaker. Dry shake, without ice, for up to 30 seconds. Then add ice and wet shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe, add around 60ml of champagne - I recommend a weighing scale for this - and watch the drink fluff up!
1 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Amaretto liqueur |
1 fl oz | Double cream / heavy cream |
2 fl oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
