Shake all ingredients over ice, double strain into chilled vessel
1 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery |
1/4 fl oz | Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Single cream/half-and-half |
1/8 fl oz | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
