How to make:
Shake, strain into Collins glass containing fresh ice, top with ginger ale and stir. Garnish with a lemon twist as when making a Horse's Neck.
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Monkey 47 gin |
| 11/12 fl oz | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 dash | Fee Brothers Black Walnut bitters |
| Top up with | Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer |

Ginger and banana are often paired in tiki drinks and banana daiquiris. Here I combine them in a cooler format akin to the classic Floradora.
