Sampled on 22/08/2017
Clear, hue noticeably salmon pink/orange when compared to other golden curaçaos.
Zesty orange and spice – particularly cardamom and pepper.
Well-balanced with just enough sugar to balance tart but juicy orange, with orange boiled sweets/hard candy and spice – more cardamom and peppery spice.
Lingering cardamom and peppery spice in the orangey finish.
Very different in colour to most other orange curaçaos and with a juicy orange/ orange boiled sweet flavour enlivened with generous cardamom and peppery spice.
