Clear, bright golden yellow with burnished gold highlights. Fat moderately fast falling tears.
Dusty turmeric, juniper, dried powdered orange zest with menthol pine and eucalyptus.
Given the nose, the palate is surprisingly soft, gently dilute, subtly sweet and floral with hints of liquorice roots and restrained bitterness.
Bitterness grows in the finish as sweet honeyed notes fade with pine and eucalyptus emerging. Balanced bitter sweetness.
