Appearance:
Crystal clear, very pale straw-green hue.
Aroma:
Faint whiff of white vinegar is evident of the predominantly vegetable nose.
Taste:
Slightly acidic palate with hints of overripe pear, subtle salt, peppery spice and chargrilled, smoky vegetables.
Aftertaste:
All these flavours last through the long finish.
