Review and Tasting

Sampled on 10/04/2014

Appearance:

(sample best before Feb.15) Clear, pale golden amber with moderate white head which quickly fades.

Aroma:

New leather, honey, honey suckle and overripe banana.

Taste:

Light bodied but with good malty cereal and banana chew fruity yeast. Great balance between fruit and hop bitterness.

Aftertaste:

Lightly bitter hops with faint metallic note (not in a negative way). Sessionable, satisfying and thirst-quenching.
