La Trappe Blond was launched in 1928 and is brewed with a high fermentation level and the use of several hop varieties. The monks which oversee its production recommend serving at a temperature between 8-12 ºC.

Appearance:

Slight haze, golden amber with medium robust white head.

Aroma:

Alluring, honeyed hop, estery fruit (banana) nose with floral zesty lemon.

Taste:

Fabously balanced fruity, hop rich palate with malty structure.

Aftertaste:

Biscuity, malty finish with lingering bready pine.
