Appearance:

Clear golden bronze with burnished copper highlights.

Aroma:

Pungent, moderate-highly peated with salty chocolate, plump dried fruit, grass cuttings and tar.

Taste:

Initial honeyed dark sherry sweetness is overtaken by vegetal salty peat, clove and cracked black pepper spice with faint sultana/tropical fruit.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering peaty smoke with vegetal and black olive notes.
