Appearance:
Clear, dark bronze brown with burnished bronze highlights.
Aroma:
Rich marzipan, macaroon and battenberg cake with faint dried apricot.
Taste:
Marzipan, toasted almond and crème caramel with biscotti and amaretti biscuits.
Aftertaste:
Long, biscuity marzipan finish.
