Review and Tasting

Sampled on 07/05/2012

Appearance:

Clear, light golden amber.

Aroma:

Raisin-like, stewed plums with pronounced stale wine glass (the dregs the morning after a dinner party) with rich creamy chocolate and clove spice.

Taste:

Pleasingly salted and smoked with a balanced sweetness and fudge.

Aftertaste:

Sweet, smoky peaty finish with lingering salty vegetal flavours.
