Appearance:

(bbd 13-Feb-13) Coppery amber with medium/thick, long-lasting off-white head leaving heaving lacing.

Aroma:

Stewed fruit, plums and slightly burnt, fruity bread pudding crust with faint black olives and pine forest.

Taste:

Full bodied with strong alcohol influence and faint honey sweetness. Good malty backbone with black peppery spicy hops.

Aftertaste:

Malty finish with lingering caramel and alcohol.
