This is basically a low-strength version of Karlsson's Gold vodka, made from seven varieties of new potato, grown in the Cape Bjäre region of Sweden. Around eight kilos of these potatoes are needed to make each bottle.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Wet clay, fresh acorns and mineral.

Taste:

Dry, thin palate with roast potato skins and vanilla cream soda.

Aftertaste:

Finishes bitter with cracked black pepper. Retains much of the mother brand's characteristics.
