Review and Tasting

Sampled on 29/09/2012

Appearance:

(best before Jun-15) Cloudy reddish teak brown with a thick white head and medium lacing.

Aroma:

Vinous blackened Christmas cake, caramel and a touch of coriander spice.

Taste:

Strong alcohol strength all to present with sweetened bread, prunes and burnt raisins.

Aftertaste:

Lingering vinous fruit. Overpowering alcohol upsets what little balance there is.
